Spinal agility: suspension and lightness

In this technical workshop we explore the tensegrity and agility of our spine in order to find easiness and lightness while moving and being lifted. This will in turn give more freedom and autonomy to fly, suspend in the air, be light for our support, roll up our partner’s back.

We will use some tools such as Material for the spine (Steve Paxton) and spinal push (BMC).

Levels:

All classes are open levels, from beginner to professionals. I give modifications for more advanced and various tools for less experienced. The most important is that you come with an open mind and a certain level of fitness/activity. In doubt please get in touch.

Prices:

All classes are friendly priced to make it accessible. You can choose how much you can contribute depending on your income. Remember this is also how I make a living so to pay a higher fee is highly appreciated and valued.
