Embodiment – Community – Safe Space Develop self-enquiry and autonomy- Be in touch – Share impressions + experiences + food What is Women’s Touch?

Women’s Touch is a workshop-lab curated by Marie Chabert. She invites dance artists, movement practitioners and critical theorists to share their practices and co-facilitate a day of collective exploration.

The lab invites women, non-binary and gender non-conforming (GNC) people to engage with touch-based movement practices—including Contact Improvisation, somatics and improvisation—in a supportive and reflective context. It aims to empower participants to claim agency within these practices and challenge the patriarchal norms that often shape our experience of touch, bodies and interaction. Alongside embodied exploration, there is room for collective reflection and conversation.
