Join us for an evening dedicated to those who identify as women, where embodiment, mindful touch, and boundary setting take centre stage. This nurturing space offers a safe yet exploratory environment for women to be in touch with themselves and others, as an alternative to mixed-gender Contact Improvisation jams.

Through guided somatic explorations, participants will delve into solo and partnered practices, exploring various forms of touch grounded in Contact Improvisation. We’ll also explore non-touch based modes of communication, empowering participants to define personal boundaries in any given situation.

The aim is to empower women to claim their space and redefine it within a framework that challenges prevailing patriarchal norms.
